ARP Cam Bolt Kit Ford Coyote 5.0L V8
Featuring 200,000 psi tensile strength, these kits deliver increased preload clamping force and ensure positive timing gear register. Their incredible material strength overcomes valvetrain harmonics and stress for excellent performance and durability. ARP Pro Series cam bolts are designed with oversized heads to promote cam bolt retention, while their reduced socket head size allows for easy installation and removal. Don't settle for inferior-quality cam bolts--stick with ARP Pro Series cam bolt kits for camshaft timing confidence!
Note: These bolts hold the phasers to the camshafts.
ARP recommends using the ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant as opposed to motor oil or other low quality lubricants. This is due to higher friction on the studs as well as inconsistencies in the clamping force of the fasteners when insufficient lubricants are used.
While following the manufacturers recommended torque sequence, tighten the nuts to the ARP recommended torque specifications using ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant.
